I used to keep an eye out for shutterfly or tinyprint deals, but last year I purchased a groupon for 75 (5x7) cards for 34.99 from Zazzle. I was really happy with the quality and you can use both the front and back of the cards. I actually just bought another groupon for the same deal for this year. (They also have 40 cards for 24.99 or 110 cards for 44.99 options.)
If you search groupon for Zazzle, it should show up.

The past few years, I've been doing two orders. A bigger one from Shutterfly, and one from Tinyprints that takes advantage of the promos that they do with free cards.
I snagged one of the zulily deals. I wish I'd been able to get the $100 for $50, but it was all gone.

We use Simply to Impress. They're really high quality for their pricing and their packaging is awesome. (They personalize a letter to you and include three additional cards and envelopes.) I just love them.

I'm using Minted this year.
In the past I have used Tiny Prints, Zazzle, Walgreens, and Vista Print and been happy with them all.
The year I used Tiny Print, I ordered the first week of Dec. and never received them, even though it says they had shipped. On Dec. 21, they rushed my order to me overnight, so I could send them out in time for Christmas, no charge. So I will do business with them again and again.
