I am thankful for Owl's mental health therapists, they are so helpful and nonjudgmental.
I am thankful for a wife who when asked "When did I become so bitter and angry?", replies "I don't know, it's been awhile but I love you anyway" and then wraps me up in a hug.
I'm so thankful that my workday today was the exact opposite of yesterday because I really needed that. Yesterday had me looking at job postings, even though I really can't leave my job. Today my worker apologized, I had good interactions with several other workers, my boss thanked me for all my hard work, and our audit is DONE. DONE! Also thankful IUI did not fall on audit day. For serious.

I am thankful for naps (for myself). I am thankful for free WNBA tickets (from C's work) and local deal coupons to one of my favorite restaurants for a cheap date (esp. while I'm on call and don't like to spend money I may not be able to use).
I am thankful that I told L that I was going to the outlets to look for a couple of shirts, walked into the Talbots outlet, found 6 shirts and a fall sweater for 60% off in 20 minutes and was out of there. I hate shopping, so to find things I liked, on sale, and at my mothers favorite store (this is the first time we're going home since my mom died) felt like an omen.
I am thankful my wife has 90% packed the kids stuff before I got home (as I am usually the packer.)
I am thankful there is a new episode of Political Animals on On Demand.

I'm thankful that today Julie came home, hugged me and said 'I appreciate you'. I needed it. I'm thankful that my job is going so well, and that i like it as much as i do.
I am thankful that C is doing so well after his surgery and that Jenn and I finally seem to have been able to work through a lot of our issues! I think we are back on the right track back to wedded bliss!
I am thankful for a wife who when asked "When did I become so bitter and angry?", replies "I don't know, it's been awhile but I love you anyway" and then wraps me up in a hug.
Love this.
I am thankful for two girls who amaze me with their intellect and problem solving.
For a great caseworker who is keeping us in the loop.
That, after months of stressing over visits, a new visitation worker has allowed us to relax. We are actually using visits to go for a couple walk & coffee or a cocktail for happy hour! I think this can continue into the fall.
