I don't remember if anyone here has actually had surgery done, but how would/did you handle that at work?
If I got something done, it would be the boobs. I would be going up at least a cup, if not 1.5-2. That will be noticeable. Do you just ignore it and act like they grew over your PTO (recovery time) or what?
My boss went up a cup and a half from a nearly non-existent A. The only difference was that she couldn't lift/carry/stretch things as much for 2 weeks. I was the only person she told and no one in our office has mentioned it in 2 years. Another boss had her nose done (purely vain reasons) over a long holiday break and everyone noticed when she came back. It was not a good look.
I asked Luis and he said the same thing that you said, Kim. If someone asks, tell'em. So, you think people would be polite enough to not ask, bigtow? I would def. tell the truth is someone asked.
I think it depends on your friends/family/coworkers. We operate like family at work and overshare all of the time, so I'm shocked no one said, "Hey - are her tits bigger or what?!" Then again, I don't really care about tits that don't hang from my chest.
And no matter what you do, there will always be someone who disagrees with your decision and talks shit behind your back. IMO, it's your surgery, your life and your opinion that matters at the end of the day.
