Once the diabetic cat has his meds regulated. Every day he's peeing somewhere. The arm chair in our family room is almost ruined. And now, he just peed of our bed. While we were sleeping in it.
Tell me it will stop. And tel me how to get the smell out of the chair.
I had a cat with pee issues, but never that bad. I would call the vet in the morning. If that's normal, I would probably lock him in a bathroom with a cat bed, litter box and food/water. Much easier for cleanup.
Once his sugar gets regulated, it will stop. The peeing is actually how we figured out our cat had diabetes. It was never a problem again after the initial diagnosis

This is good to hear. It's what tipped us off too.
I'm hoping he's regulated soon and this stops. I'm so stressed out about it.

It was so hard at first. I had no experience with diabetes, and I was scared. Once we learned more and got into a routine, it was no big deal. We gave him insulin twice a day. I would actually tell him "medicine time" and he would dip his head so I could get the shot in his neck. Please let me know if I can be of any help to you guys
My favorite cleaner is Fizzion. You can get it on Amazon. It's what Jackson Galaxy recommends on My Cat From Hell.

Bernadine Daisy didn't have this issue (her weight loss is what tipped me off that something was wrong but she never peed anywhere but the litter box), but when any of the cats have had crystals or urinary infections and I have to clean up pee, this is what works.
I thought this was going to be pregnancy related and I was going to be like, no it just gets worse....lol. Sorry about your cat, hopefully he stops peeing places soon!
