Day 5 counts

I made up for barely writing yesterday and got in just under 3k.

My total is 8,355. I'm (barely) hitting the daily average goals, so I should finish on time if I follow my outline. I went off the outline and did one scene about 4 scenes before it was supposed to happen so I had to go back and fix it, which I don't normally do. I usually save all the fixing for after November is over.

How is everyone else doing?

I did nothing but write today. My parents arrive Saturday to stay with us, so I am pushing hard to get ahead.

Saturday is the first in-person write in for my region, which should be fun. I haven't gone to a proper write-in for a long time (I usually wrote with my sister and/or a friend but nobody else at a local Starbucks in past years) so I'm a bit nervous too.

Northern Oakland County but I went to college at Grand Valley. I miss the west side SO badly! I loved it over there.

We've been VERY happy since we moved here last fall. It's been awesome (except for the snow)!

It's seriously the best place. I miss it so much, even the snow! 

I'm jealous you're going to a write-in. There's none out by me, all of them are closer in towards Detroit. Boo!

Hey Michiganders..I still consider myself a part-time resident...northern lower central. Summer and/or fall only.
