Ditto token. I've used a large tote as my diaper bag since DS was born, so now I just put less stuff in it. DH insisted on getting a diaper bag he could use, so we also have that. It's a messenger style diaper bag.

I just use a regular purse or backpack. I don't even bother putting sippies of milk in a plastic bag...I put it in a cup holder in the car and then transfer it to the cup holder in the stroller at our destination. If I'm not taking a stroller, I just put the milk in a thermos.

I bought a skip hop duo at a garage sale for $5 that DH totes on the weekends. He runs errands with DD on the bike, and it's a cross body bag so it's perfect for bike riding. She's PT'd, but brings her Camel Back, some snacks, a change of clothes, wipes, and suntan lotion.
I have a little mini bag by Carter's that I got at BRU. It's a nice size, shaped like a mini duffle bag with 4 outside pockets and the two on the ends hold sippy cups well. I've been using it since he was about 2 months because I tired quick of a large diaper bag.
The only issue - which I think is minor - is that the changing pad seems to be bulky considering how small the bag is. Almost like they gave me one that was meant for a bigger bag. But I figure I can always swap it out with the pad from my other bag if I need more space. Or keep a few disposable pads in there (I have those puppy training pads). No biggie in my eyes!
Yeah I saw that in the reviews. I have a Kushies diaper pad which folds up small, but DS fills up the whole pad! So something bigger is needed. And i see it has a wet pouch too, which means I won't need to pack a separate wet bag.
