How did Day 10 treat you?

I confess, I lost some steam today.  It was a really busy day at work, and I just didn't feel very enthusiastic about my story.  I wrote around 900 words for a total of 19600, which makes for my lowest daily wordcount so far.  Blech.  How did you all fare today?

I have not written one word today. We did a touristy day in the Hill Country with my parents. I don't know if I have any steam tonight.

ETA: After an inspirational injection of Diet Coke, I wrote a little while and quit at 26729 (1678 for today).

I had struggled the last couple days to keep my momentum up but thankfully today was better.

I got over 12K today; still a bit behind, but I think I'll catch up by the weekend, if all goes well.

Now, is it GOOD writing? No. The time I "won," the good writing kicked in around 30,000 words. It's feeling like a long slog for me to get there.

It seems like the day after I write a ton I just get slogged down and can't write the next day. I've got a total of 400 words in today and it's just terrible writing (but at least it's writing, right? LOL). The two week slump is real. I'm not ready to give up yet though. H has the day off Thursday so I plan on running away for a few hours and getting some writing done then.

I'm just over 24,000, which makes me happy, because I'm pretty sure I won't get much done this weekend. Still feeling pretty good about the story and the direction it's going.

I wrote 563 words yesterday and went to bed at 9:30 after a very long day. It was the first day I didn't pass the 3000 word mark so I'm way ahead, but I still hope today goes better.

I got to 16000 yesterday, which leaves me a little short. But I don't have to work today so I plan to write my a ton at a coffee shop before an eye doc appt and at panera after.

I did well during my morning session yesterday and decided to play WoW last night. A month off and I missed it! So I didn't write as much as I should have, plus the kid is off school today, and I might fall back from my great pace. Oh well.
