Help me find an Xmas party dress?

I have kind of strict parameters so this isn't a job for the weak hearted. 

1. Nothing all black. Prefer emerald/forest green. But will take gold, red, silver or blue
2. I'm almost 5'10" and all leg so it must be a tall size or at least 36-37inches for regular size
3. No all over lace. I feel like half my firm wore the all over lace look last year. 
4. Under $150 (Even been would be under $100)
5. I like sequins, sparkle and glitter. Not a requirement though.

I'm pretty sure I have the first one in a dark red. It's VERY short.

I have this dress in cobalt blue and I LOVE it, it's amazing. It's also quite long, so should be fine for taller people!

ETA: Here's the linked dress since you can't open Modcloth!
