I just stumbled across this board on 'latest'. Do you all only talk writing during November?
I'm new to writing, though I'm not writing a novel. I'm interested in Children's Lit and would love to join the discussions. I also hadn't noticed the Book Club board so I'm hopeful to join in there as well.
Is it okay if I stick around?

I think the board is pretty dead the rest of the year, but it would be fun to keep it going! I have been going back and editing in January after I win each year... then there's camp NaNo in April and July so maybe some people will try that out and chat here as well!

Oh darn! I thought I'd found a new home. Thanks for the welcome. I'll definitely be slinking about this month to see how the novels are coming along.

Does the board still exist within the Book Club board the rest of the year? If so I'd be interested in sticking around too. I have a bad tendency to slack off as time goes on without people to hold me accountable to my writing goals.

Definitely. Looks like there may be some interest. Someone should look into starting one if nothing is in existence :-P

I'm pretty sure this board was only 'active' during November last year, but if there's interest we could probably get EllieArroway to let us keep it year round and maybe rename it? I'd be down for a writing board to help with revisions/ideas/etc. too. I always loose steam after November know I'd use the board.
