Best recipe for gingerbread house frosting

I'm doing gingerbread night at our school so I have a binder with all sorts of information except for this. We don't need it.

Of course, the second graders are making gingerbread houses out of graham crackers and frosting and the room mom wants a recipe. Anyone got a favorite that would stick to graham crackers and candy and whatnot? I've got the general food and allrecipes and cooks dot coms.
