Are you DIYing anything for Christmas gifts this year? If so what?
I'm doing dish towel angels for my Dad's family and homemade jam.
I'm making this for my brother and his wife. They will LOVE it. E and I are thinking of tying a beer can to the end of the rope or a beer bottle. Not sure yet though.
No-sew fleece blankets for my cousin's kids.
I'm not totally sure what else I'm going to do but I'm going to try and do as much DIY as I can this year.
Does anyone have any ideas for 14 and 15 year old girls? Or 8 and 10 year old girls?

I may not have any time to do anything this year. But I plan on knitting things for my family, my dad some Norwegian Selbu mittens, and some Tardis socks for my sister. H's family all get gift cards since we won't be seeing them.
I will make H some boot socks... but those aren't for Christmas. I seriously can't wait for next year when we can be together as a "family".
I think you could make one of those picture frame jewelry displays for the 14-15 year old.
The 8-10 ones?? I am not sure.
Oh that's a great idea! Thanks B. If not I think all the girls are getting gift cards this year. So much easier, since when I ask for ideas from their mom's I never get any.

I'm trying to learn how to knit. I had figured I would make a scarf for me as practice and another, nicer one for my mom. I didn't count on being so slow.
