I only have one kid but would love you for this, and my 3 year old would go bonkers. As long as they have somewhere to set it up and can store it, I say go for it.
But also, I'm not a human parent, but my twin cousins had this in their finished basement when they were maybe 3-4? They loved the thing, but seemed to grow out of it quickly. They are also very spoiled and get everything they want, so that may have had something to do with losing interest in it.
My mom bought this for my kids last Christmas. It's amazing. It takes 2 minutes to set up and they're occupied for hours. You will definitely be the favorite.
And the 1yo will totally be in on the action. DS2 was like 15mos when we got ours and he climbed right in.
ETA: A friend of mine even cleared our her living room and set it up in there during a particular nasty round of bad weather a couple of years ago. We had had about 5 snow days in a row, and her H was deployed, so she was going nuts trying to keep her toddler entertained without leaving the house. Bounce castle in the living room!
