Try Kohls or Walmart for the pot and pan set. Kohls has a set for $30 (can't read the brand on the Black Friday ad, page 21) or $50 for a TFal set. They also have some bedding sets- not sure what's cool for girls though. And you get $15 kohls cash for every $50 spent. Target also has a Black Friday Farberware pan set for $50. They also have 40% off all apparel (I assume coats would qualify). If you spend $75 on Black Friday at Target, you get a 20% off future purchase which you could use on bedding, pillows, clothes and toys.

In the past, Carsons has had really good deals on winter coats on Black Friday (and I think through that weekend). I've bought coats off their site a few times for adopt a family and I think I've paid about $20 for them. Might be worth checking out.
I would check out Sam's/ Costco, Target, Walmart, and Kohl's. Keep in mind that Target/Walmart may be less expensive but is probably lower quality for the bedding and pots and pans, so if you want something that will last them a while, I would stick to places like Kohl's or Homegoods where you can get slightly better quality.

Ditto most of what's been said- I can get good quality discount stuff at Ross and Homegoods. Another one (not sure if it is regional) is Burlington Coat Factory. I go there first for kitchen things and almost always find what I need.
Kirkland brand sheets at Costco are quite good. I've been using mine for 6 months, lol. King size were $60, I think, so the queen size should be a little cheaper.
Also, if color isn't a huge concern, I've found some pretty cheap bedding on clearance at BB&B. By which I mean I bought s set of orange twin sheets and 2 pillow cases for $20 once, but the orange actually worked with what I was doing, so I was cool with that.
I'm planning on Target for clothes and coats for the family we are adopting. With the 40% off BF plus 5% red card and 5% pharmacy rewards I'm at 50% off.
I got Northside winter boots on Amazon. They have an additional 20% off code so they were very inexpensive.
If you have amazon prime, they have queen sheets right now at $19 or $19.99. It'll open to the general public probably tomorrow but they might be sold old by then.
