We also had a sort of lengthy separation with reconciliation attempts and a lot of limbo which was ridiculously hard. I am now two months out from when he decided he was completely done and I do feel better. I just went back and read my post from back then and I can honestly say I am in a better place now. Still sad at times, still dealing with the emotional rollercoaster at times but a lot better and I have so much more hope for my future and just feel in a lot more control over my destiny. It still sucks but there is hope and my future no longer depends on anybody but me.
