Food dye= permanent on other materials?

I was just making cupcakes with DD and she managed to spill the contents of an entire tube of blue food dye all over the place (including the hard wood floor). Before I google anything, can anyone tell me if this stains permanently? I tried wiping it up as soon as possible, but my white counters are now very blue and there are some specks on the floor after I wiped it down.

DD's hands are also very blue, but I imagine this will fade after a few baths.

I have gotten gel food dye on white laminate counters. Bleach has always gotten it out. You might be SOL on grout, though.

I've gotten it off of laminate counters and our cheap natural colored wood table (not well sealed) with baking soda and minimal elbow grease. It was gels and I thought it would be there forever.
