I took colace twice a day in the beginning of my pregnancy. Coffee helped too even though I could barely stomach it in the first tri. Good luck, it'll get easier soon!
Have a bowl every morning. You are likely backed up due to the iron in prenatals. Mini wheats were my BFF during pregnancy. Have a hot cup of coffee with them and you should be shitting in no time
Suppository! I needed one after my c section and nothing else was working and it had already been days since I'd gone, even before the surgery. Worked almost instantly and such relief!! Good luck.

Hi LO,
I will recommend you to use this Digestic from Mimonis which is very effective for constipation problems. It has been a few months ago I have suffered constipation but thanks to Digestic because it helps me solve my constipation. I am more relax and comfortable after using it.
Are you taking colace? It won't help you right now, but you should start taking it daily. I had the same problem and it was miserable until I started taking colace daily.
They have suppositories for this now. Pretty much guaranteed to work in 15 minutes to an hour. I brought them home for H (his problem was caused by pain meds, not pregnancy!) and he swears the threat of them made him suddenly "go".
And definitely add fiber to your diet to hopefully stave off more of this problem.
