Take her diaper off, lift her bum a bit by her legs and then push her legs into her belly. My daughter would fart so much like this.
Tummy time helps as does carrying her face down, across your arm, with her belly on your arm.
You can try these, and also bicycling her legs. Have you tried an elimination diet? One of my CWs had to eliminate all dairy and gluten from her diet b/c her son was having major stomach/gas issues. It really made a difference and he is much better.

Have you noticed a correlation between gas & when she's eating formula? It can be harder for them to digest.
Per the pedi's recommendation we tried to give DS formula for 2 days when he was 3 weeks old because of jaundice. It was the worst 2 days, after 12 hours he was screaming from discomfort & we went back to breast milk.
Also, I don't know how often you give formula, but sometimes different formulas will have different effects on babies. DS was super gassy and constipated when we tried Similac, Similac Organic, and Enfamil, but it completely went away when we switched to Earth's Best Organic.
Not sure how old your DD is, but DS was like this early on and it turned out he had a dairy allergy. Once I fully eliminated dairy he was much more comfortable.

This. My son had MSPI and I cut out dairy and soy. It made a HUGE difference.

I did all of those massage things last time as well as the mylicon....the only thing that finally worked for us was gripe water. This is the brand we used www.colicease.com/ GL I know how frustrating and heart breaking it is!
I cant link, but we got this thing called the happy tummi. It is a little herbal heating pad that you warm for 20 sec in the microwave and put in a wrap around their waist. It helps DS a lot when he seems gassy. It works better then the gas drops for us.
