Pre run: banana Post run: Picky Bar Early Lunch: Red Lentil Dal Post strength workout: Larabar Mid afternoon: giant slab of jerk tempeh and a pile of collards Dinner: Leftover vegan lasagna Snacks: Apple, kind bar
B: breakfast burrito S1: banana L: turkey, provolone, apple slices, and onion sandwich with sauteed spinach on the side S2: Greek yogurt with honey D: chicken and dumplings with apple slices
B: ww bagel thin w/PBJ, hot tea L: 1/2 sandwich on ww, small bit of leftover sweet potato bake, bite of green beans, Greek yogurt D: pasta w/marinara & Parmesan cheese S1: ww crackers S2: Kind bar S3: Orange
No work for me today! All meals eaten at home B: pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 pieces of turkey bacon L: leftover homemade chicken fingers, grapes, carrots with hummus S: 2 cuties and greek yogurt D: homemade chicken fried brown rice (with extra veg) S2: more greek yogurt
