I'd rather get the lunch than most "giveaways," honestly.
How about a half day, if you're allowed to grant them one?
Or a generic gift card - Amazon.com, Starbucks/Dunkin Donuts, Target, local supermarket or gas station
If it must be a giveaway-style present:
bottle of wine (may not work unless you are sure they all drink) fancy chocolates or cookies travel mug or a tumbler cup fleece jacket or a windbreaker umbrella shopping tote
For H's people one year he had lunch brought in and also we gave them gift cards to a (different) restaurant they all liked. H got some expensive booze last year from one of his workers.
Consumables are a big hit here (I have a $20 limit by policy). I did a hot beverage one one year (coffee, tea or hot chocolate) depending on the gift recipient. I did spice boxes from Penzey's one year again customized to the person), I did pickles and relishes one year, I did penny candy one year, I did lottery tickets one year (although that is now considered inappropriate to policy). To keep costs reasonable, I shopped Groupon and retail me not for deals.
I just ordered my team (and DH's team) Harry and David pears and they look great. Haven't tried them but they smell yummy and they were quick to arrive.
I orders the 3 pack which was cheaper than buying individually.
