What to do with 2 ripe bananas?

Hi,
The banana bread recipes I have call for 3 ripe bananas and I only have two-anyone have any good links to recipes I can make with these?

You should be able to make the banana bread with only two - it'll just be a little less banana-y.

I usually make smoothies out of my ripe bananas - the bananas, whatever other fruit we have and milk, blend untill smooth.

You can mash and freeze until you get a third banana.

I'd slice them into coins and freeze them for smoothies, or I'd make banana bread (ITA with kateandmark on that front).

OR make banana carrot walnut muffins! Yummy! I can find the recipe for those if you want it.

Peel them and freeze. Throw em in a blender or food processor for a min or two and you will have homemade banana "ice cream"

Slather it in nutella, freeze and eat.

Cut it up into thick slices, freeze, make smoothies with some frozen strawberries. So good.

I've made banana bread with less bananas than the recipe called for and it's still turned out ok. If they're very ripe there should still be a lot of banana flavor.

I would half the recipe for banana bread but use 2 bananas to make it extra banana-y and then instead of a loaf do muffins.

Unless I already have a recipe in mind I've been wanting to make, I usually just peel and freeze them for later. Like this morning...when I made pancakes and wanted a little banana taste in there so I raided my stash in the freezer. Yum.

You could add some pumpkin purée or apple sauce to replace the 3rd banana.

I cut them up (as long as they're ripe, but not too ripe to eat without baking) and stick them in the freezer for smoothies.
