They are cutting her down to one nap after lunch at daycare when she moved to the young toddler room. She naps on the way home. She took two naps per day this weekend. She wakes up around 730 on school days and 8to 9 on weekends. Bed at 9 to 930.
DD went down to one nap on her 1st birthday, of her own accord.
I worked for about a month to move her naptime later in the day since she dropped the afternoon nap. And she couldn't get through the rest of the day on her morning nap alone.
By 14 months, I think she was napping about noon-2pm every day, with some variation. Some days she would go down a little later or earlier, depending on what time she woke up. (DD has never woken up at the same time every day, even now at age 4.) And sometimes the nap would last as long as 3 hours.
16 months chiming in, but even as early as 10 months, Little E was on the following schedule: up at 7a, nap from 9-11a, nap from 2-3p, bed at 7:30p. A friend of mine told me about this 2-3-4 thing (up for 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours per day) and as soon as we tried it, it stuck.
