Yes, she said ankle bracelet be damned and flew to Chicago. Walked up to Theo's wife and tried to give her a gift for their kid. Hence her current 2 year probation. Reports say she's on heavy antipsychotics. I am keeping my distance. I'm surprised she passed the CORI clearance, considering she wandered onto a school

I've been reading up on her and I'm a little worried, TBH. I still don't understand how she passed our annual clearance, or maybe they just look for child-associated crimes? I'm torn between being a good Catholic and welcoming her, and wanting her the hell out because she's legit crazy.

DH is all, "Don't tell her anything about where we live, where S goes to school, anything. At least she hasn't done anything violent."

And of course I take S occasionally to practice...

Do you have an administrator/priest in charge?

I would discuss it privately with him.

I wouldn't tell the "gatekeepers" what I wanted to discuss, just ask for a private meeting/session either directly or through your parish secretary. (Depending on your church politics)

I'd just want to ease my own concerns, I might not even name call her.

But then again our main pastor just left and our new administrator is... "Temporary"
