Once a week, or so, sometimes less. When he can sit in the tub he will bathe every other night with our toddler. We did twice a week baths for our DD until 2.
I voted for every day. Reasoning is twofold. First, E was very cranky and baths calmed him down at the end of the day. Second, because of that, we just made it part of his nightly bedtime routine. Also, it's one thing that he and DH do that is just theirs, so I don't want to take it away. E hasn't had dry skin or anything.
Exactly this, and for the same reason DS1 took a bath nightly for over a year. My kids do better with heavy routine.

Twice a week for the baby (3 months old) with regular neck fold checks in between (chunker!). Our 3.5 year old is every other day or every 3rd on rare occasion.
We stayed at 1x/week for a long time. We switched to 2x/week sometime after a year I think - I can't really remember. At 2 years, 4 months, we're still at 2x/week unless he gets really dirty.
Every other day for now and will be daily soon. He loves the routine and bath nights are always more relaxed.
Third child, different location (small town vs. city for the older two) and I had to sign a form on discharge that I would bathe my child at least every other day. I didn't have to do that in the other part of the province.

I voted never. But really, I'm probably special snowflake. DD had (has?) really sensitive and dry skin, so actual bathing was limited. Also, she was bald until she was like 3, so no hair issues. We gave her a bath after a ridiculous spit up or poopsplosion, but that was about it. She did not stink. Well, unless she had a poopie diaper.
2-3 times a week. The NICU got us on that schedule and we haven't ramped up except for very messy days at 27 months. Bathing gets easier when they can both sit up, when they were itty bitty it was rushing to wash one and hand her off to DH then wash the other.
We probably did once or twice a week and really ramped up the schedule when she started eating solids and getting it everywhere or leaky diapers, etc. Now at 20 months she has baths several times a week.
I chose twice a week, but sometimes it was once a week. Their skin got too dry if I bathed them every other day at that age. Also ds1 has always always always hated baths so I've consequently always bathed him as infrequently as I can get away with it.
I think for both kids it was around 6-7 months that we started doing baths 3-4 times a week, more frequently during the summer when they're sweaty.
I would recommend at least once a week. Dunno how bright your lights are, but both my kids had yellowy poop stains that wipes could not get rid of 100% and I only saw it in the bright kitchen light or doctors office. Didn't smell but was a reminder that I couldn't wait to long I between baths.
NICU did every 3 days. I did that until about 2 mos old and then went to set days a week - Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday. I still do that to this day. I would do nightly if we didn't have twins.
