I voted for every day. Reasoning is twofold. First, E was very cranky and baths calmed him down at the end of the day. Second, because of that, we just made it part of his nightly bedtime routine. Also, it's one thing that he and DH do that is just theirs, so I don't want to take it away. E hasn't had dry skin or anything.

We did twice a week. Like you I wiped face, neck and hands at least once a day, usually right before bed.
Bumped up baths to every other day at 6 or 7 months when he was eating solids consistently.
Then upped it to every night starting at like 18 months because it was summer then and he was running around getting pretty dirty, swimming, sweating, etc. We still do bath every night now at 2 years but I don't always wash his hair.
When necessary...or when my older son asked for the baby to join him in the bath. My first was a rarely bathed baby (he didn't spit up, rarely had poop incidents because he didn't poop, and his skin would be happier if he wasn't bathed often). My second gets baths more often (he spits up like crazy and his nickname is Stinker because he pooped constantly). So, number 1 got baths about once a week or less and number two gets two a week for awhile and then every day (or twice a day) for a stretch until his system gets back to normal. He (at 6 months) got a bath before sunrise this morning because it was easier than wipes.
Somewhere around once a week, when we remembered. We still kind of hover at 1-2 times per week at almost two....unless we like eat spaghetti or something.

DD is 3 months old and probably gets a bath once a week. In reality, evenings are just super crazy and hectic with 3 kids and bathing the baby is like the lowest thing on the priority list, lol.
The boys are 3 and 5 and now that it's winter they only get a bath about 2x a week. In the summer when they are playing outside more, wearing sunscreen, etc then we try to up it to 3-4 times a week.

This makes me feel better!
it used to be really hard to bathe both without two adults. Thankfully that has recently gotten easier. But one of my kids hardly has any hair and I promise you you cannot tell if she was bathed this morning or last week.
It was between weekly and never at that age. We started ramping up the frequency when she started actually liking bathtime, at maybe 4-5 months. Once we started solids, we did bath after every single meal for a while.

Yes! That's the struggle. I can do it myself since neither of them hates bath time, but it isn't easy. DS has more hair than DD, so, I feel bad for him if we skip a day.
I was going to do it myself this afternoon, but I'm not feeling well today, so I'll get our nanny to help me tomorrow.
We did every day. He had hair that looked a little greasy on day two. Also he loves baths and it's part of his evening routine. Realistically we probably did six days a week because there was and is almost always one night where we were too busy to fit one in.
