Are they pants material or more like tights (where I'd need to wear them with a dress)?

I got them yesterday and wore them, washed them and am wearing them again today (LOL!).

Question - I'm the same size as you.  Do you think ordering the smaller size would fit too?  I feel like these are big and not super snug on the waist.  I'm just afraid the others will be too small.  Wish they were a little snugger and didn't bunch at the knees.

I'd think so. I prefer them a little bigger to begin since I'm always scared things will shrink in the wash.

I always wear something to cover my ass. No one wants to see my bumps/lumps.  Tunic like shirt, long sweater etc.

I am 16/18 and the plus fit fine. I am short so I have to make sure I pull them up the leg a bit like I do with tights. There is more room so if I gain 10 lbs over the holidays, they will still fit.
