They always have amazing desserts (think Pecan Pie & Cheesecake, so I will definitely be getting a slice of one of those). B: Migas (egg, egg white, veggies, half a serving of cheese, veggies, a corn tortilla, and salsa) S: Apple (& probably PB if I am really hungry from my workout) or Nature Valley Protein bar (I need to go get groceries) L: Huge salad with whatever I get at the grocery store D: Tacos! Probably soft tacos for me filled with veggies and a bit of beef. S: I've been on a popcorn kick lately, so maybe that. E: 30 ish minutes on the bike (trainer) and weights
B: ww cream of wheat, hot tea L: small (very small) portion of leftover spaghetti w/half a tsp. olive oil and 2 pinches of parm. cheese, 1/2 cheese and tomato sandwich, Fage Strawberry Greek yogurt D: pizza and salad S1: ww crackers S2: White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Clif Bar Crunch and/or Gu on the bike E: 25 mile hilly group ride with hill intervals
I'm hoping 30 mins on elliptical ony lunch and after work hot yoga but we will see as I'm super unmotivated today. Still so gloomy and gross here which doesn't help

D: IF I am hungry, stir fried chicken w/ chinese brown gravy & rice - per DH's request. I've been so uncomfortable the past couple days, eating is hard!!!
E: a short walk. again, I hate how inactive I have been but my body just won't allow it anymore.

I am sure you know this is from your pregnancy. I had a very hard time from like 33 weeks on with my last. I hope the rest of your pregnancy goes by fast for you. You're almost there! GL!

I've been sick & eating absolutely terribly for the last few days. Time to pull it together.
B - 1/2 ww english muffin + egg, sliced fruit, coffee + milk L - the tiniest burrito bowl the world has ever seen from the free taco truck at work + 1/2 of a nasty churro S - apple D - salad with chicken breast + edamame
E - still sick, & not supposed to do anything. My biggest form of exercise today will be chasing the children around the house, which is nothing to sneeze at.
