Leather jacket, robe/pajama pants, X box games, Avengers blanket for him to use while playing video games

my signature cookies are peanut butter and Oreo cookie cookies. I also make puppy chow.


What is your favorite part about this time of year?
I love having a week off from work... but I really love all the traditions that surround the holidays. I can't pick just one.

Any family you are dreading seeing?
They're technically not my family, but SIL's parents are going to be there...her dad is obnoxious. 


Do you have snow?
HA! It's only really snowed (snow, not ice) twice in my recent memory. The high on Christmas day is 75 degrees this year.

nay. The bedroom we sleep in at my parents' is right next to the front door/living room.

A Ravens hoodie, a Baltimore skyline record (like this), a shower beer holder, and a bunch of little stocking stuffers.

Nope. G made peanut butter chocolate chip, though.

Not being at work.

Pistachio fudge, almond jeanettes, molasses cookies, peanut butter blossoms, and chocolate chip.

Not yet, but I'll be making:  toffee, ricotta cookies, triple chocolate cookies, oatmeal raisin, coconut macaroons.

What is your favorite part about this time of year?

Everything!  Spending time with family, decorations, cooking/baking, eating & drinking, general festive cheer...

Any family you are dreading seeing?
Nope.  My uncle's gf is a little off, but she's been in our family forever, so whatever.

Nope, just creepy apocalyptic warmth

What did you get your DH/SO? Football cards (he obsessively collects them lol), a new pair of jeans, a few shirts, and a beer cap map


Did you make cookies this year? What kind? YES! OMG so much baking. We did cut-outs using my late great-grandmother's recipe for dough from scratch, molasses cookies, pretzel/Rolo cookies, and star cookies    


What is your favorite part about this time of year? DH getting a couple days off to spend together, just the energy and vibe and happiness everyone (typically) has

Oh, and two weeks off work for me, of course!


Any family you are dreading seeing? Nope, not this year! We aren't speaking to MIL and BIL for myriad reasons, and they are the only ones I dread seeing.


Do you have snow? No and I hope it stays that way.

8 one-on-one lessons with the golf pro at his favorite course, fleece jacket, movies, charging station, golf glove, golf balls, stocking stuffers (candy, gum, Star Wars band-aids).

Yep; chocolate chip, peanut butter blossoms, chocolate peanut butter chip, white chocolate/cranberry.

What is your favorite part about this time of year?
Time off from work, cooking, wine.

Any family you are dreading seeing?
Nope, we go out with S's brother and his family Chrismas Eve then we spend the holiday by ourselves.

Do you have snow?
Nope, it's going to be 75 on Thursday. It's messing with the outfit I was going to wear to dinner Christmas Eve. I may need to get a pedi and change my outfit to something without boots and tights.

- clothes for work. He starts his new job in Jan, and need to be spiffy at all times! Ha. Then a casual sweater I picked up in Belgium, a new Venti Starbucks tumbler, and stocking stuff.

-Cranberry orange, ginger snap and peanut butter blossoms. The rest of the baking wasn't cookies

- I love it all! It's my favorite time of year!

- no, but am dreading all the back and forth between places. Next year, Christmas at our place. You want to come, see you then, if not I don't care!

A PS4/Fallout(we got a crazy deal after Thanksgiving, so he has already been playing it, lol). Also, a book and a fuzzy/warm/waterproof sweatshirt.

Family, port wine, usually snow and cold weather - though this year not so much.

My MIL, thankfully we have already knocked this out.

What did you get your DH/SO? Just stocking stuffers. We are putting $ into our 10 year anniversary vacation fund. It's not until 2018, but we're planning ahead.
