My turkey is in at 350. I have spanakopita that needs to go in for 12-14 minutes at 425. How much longer should I leave them in if I can only cook them at 350?
I feel like it will be mushy if you put it in longer at a lower temp. Can it go in while the turkey is resting? That's a thing, right? #idon'tcook
Yes. Do this. You'll want the turkey to rest for 20+ minutes, and that's probably plenty of time to get the oven up to temp and your spanikopita baked.
ETA: Or, if you really don't want to do that (like, you want to serve them while the bird is cooking) bake them first, then just warm them in the toaster oven for a few minutes. They don't really have to be just-out-of-the-oven hot.
Ditto MixedBerryJam. You can cook them while the turkey rests, or, if you want to serve them as appetizers, before you put the turkey in. They don't really need to be warm, but if you want to reheat them and you don't have a toaster oven. you can pop them back alongside with the turkey for maybe 5 - 8 minutes.
