could that make them sick? K threw up twice tonight, not long after her bath and night time bottle. Nothing but the bottle came up and it was twice within twenty minutes which was nearly an hour ago.

She and C were in the tub together and she was chewing on a bath toy and might have gotten a little soap or something.

Maybe, but Sophia always drinks the bath water (I do try to stop her!) and she has never puked from it.

DS straight up drank soapy bath water more than once and didn't vomit. I hope your little one is okay!

great. I'm hoping it is not the beginning of a stomach bug, though I don't know where she would have gotten it. She is now acting like normal, though not sleepy. Perhaps something was just off for her.

Aww, I hope she feels better. It seems like some nasty stomach bug is going around. So many people have been sick with it lately.

Yes - when the baby ate soap and I called poison control (shut up, I already know how that sounds) they told me to watch for that or diarrhea. She had the latter.

OK, so it might not be a stomach bug. I'm going to hope it was just the soap and nothing else. Until then, she had been acting like normal, quite happy and then after bath she did not want to finish her bottle, was restless in her crib and then got sick within two hours of her bath.

L does this too. She calls it her "coffee" and I cannot stop her. I throw up in my mouth, but she does not.

I'm not sure if it was the soap water or the toy she was chewing on. She got sick again, but I think it's because we gave her a bottle way too soon for her stomach.

My guess is that K's little system isn't quite as immune to the soap as L's system is. She's worked up quite the tolerance, little K has some work to do.

I can handle this better if that is what it is rather than the chance of a stomach virus. My hunch is it is not a virus. I think now she just feels kind of crappy like you do after you get sick, especially when your mom is dumb and gives you four ounces of formula right away. Before then, she was acting like herself. I feel like such a jerk.

I put her in her swing (not moving), which she has not used in forever, and she is finally looking like she might drift off. If she can get some good sleep, I know she will feel better.
