Her entire social media team needs to be fired. What kind of tone-deaf yahoos respond to last week's abuela controversy with this???
RIGHT. I am here. Y'all JUST got flamed on Twitter. You don't roll thru Twitter with a Kwanzaa logo after you got your butt handed to you for Hispandering. C'mon man.

For the love of fuck. STOP DOING STUPID SHIT. People don't want a grandma or a holiday wish. They want the same composed, intelligent woman from the hostage crisis hearing who ritually dismantled and dismembered foolish people who were not savvy. If you want black votes, then for the love, get on board with some meaningful issues that affect black communities. Kwanzaa pictures are not the way to black people's hearts.
Initially I liked that they were finding ways to change up the logo for certain events. But now that we're 11 months from election time it's become overkill. And like PP said, after the grandmother thing this doesn't help. They need to pull back and stop with this pandering shit.
The woman is fully capable of kicking ass on the issues. Stop the pandering!!

This. She's fully capable of handling the issues; so why does her team think we (Latinos, African-Americans, and other POC) are incapable of an intellectual conversation on the topics? That's how this pandering is coming across to many, at least in my community--they think we're too dumb to actually engage in the conversation.

Black twitter is funny. But really, why is HRC doing this stuff when she hired both of Obama's digital and social media people? I mean, don't they look at this and ixnay it right away?
I'm not sure many people celebrate Kwanzaa anyway, right?

Well given the perception that black people only voted for Obama cause he is black and not because we actually had issues we cared about, I can see how they would be tone deaf. It is unfortunate. This can't take the place of actual outreach on things that are meaningful.
What, she has no social media team? I remember reading it here that she hired Obama's 2012 social media and media gurus - one is an older white male and the other is a younger female, right? (Off to check on that)
