2016 Predictions

I predict that doriswe, Bully and other posters will come back to the board because this is getting waaay too boring lately. 

I am too bad to predict anything for myself lol.

I also predict that this will be the year that glitzyglow will finally meet the man that will discover the amazing person she is.

I predict that:

glitzyglow will continue to be awesome and will stumble on to someone fabulous.
mp will help lots of pups and kick ass at work.

I'll meet a guy who wants to stick around for more than two dates.

I predict that TL & I will continue to be happy, school will get more challenging for me, and my job will get more interesting.
I predict cuddlyevil will be swept off her feet
I predict that sweetchix will rock her job, get a promotion and the raise that comes with it
I predict that mcc will come back and tell us all the awesome things going on with her & the dentist

I predict that my Brazilian boy toy and I will have a few disagreements about "stuff" and its placement after he moves into my place, but we will work through it and stay in my little apartment at least through next year.

I predict that some of the old timers will come back to play .
mp will continue to do some awesome work while traveling to awesome places. And someone special will come into the picture this summer.
RamblingRose will have a nice, fun and peaceful year.
mcc will come back to visit.....I feel an engagement coming.
glitzyglow will continue to grow and meet new people.
@pdx18 will continue to enjoy her flexible job, travel a bit and date someone very sweet.
abcdefu will have a much better year filled with good health.

mp - You will really rock on the work front, and find your groove in the coming months. My love prediction is that you will meet a guy, and give him a chance even though he is not your type. But it will turn out that he is exactly what you need. I'm thinking a lawyer/business dude guy, who is hot, but not as "dirty" as you prefer.

RamblingRose - You are going to kill it at school.

abcdefu - I predict a new place for you. Maybe that means a new job? Maybe that means a whole new city? But I think in 6 months or so, you will find yourself making a choice to stay where you are or take a risk and jump, and you will jump!

jojoandleo - You will continue to be awesome at the new job and get the praise you deserve - and you and your H will figure stuff out and you both will be able to begin this new chapter on much better footing.

@pdx18 - I think you will find joy in a new relationship. Maybe it will be with a man, maybe it will be with a friend, but you will connect with a person on a new level that will improve your already good life.

@blueyes623 - Your move is going do wonders for you. There will be stress and doubt and worry, but the reward will be awesome. You will find a new confidence in your work and your relationship.

bl -Will visit LA in October and we will grab a butterbeer.

Eureka1984 - You will open your eyes to the big, beautiful world of YouTube makeup tutorials. This will give you some new found confidence and you will meet a smart and attractive guy, who isn't drawn in by your new look, but instead by the way you carry yourself and the confidence that you exude.

cuddlyevil - WG is a slow and steady burn. Your friendship has been developing and in a few months, you will find the opportunity to see if there is more than just a great friendship there. Maybe there is, maybe there isn't - but you will have found a person you can count on.


And random board predictions - We will hear of some wedding bells and a new baby. We will have new members who join our ranks after a sad split, but they will be able to recognize how much potential life has and will find new happiness, even though there will be sadness at first. Something will happen to make this board come alive - maybe it will be the wedding bells, the new members, or maybe it will just be strengthening of bonds that are already here.

I predict that maybe I'll have a few more predictions coming, lol.

Predictions for me -- finishing my Ph.D. program and getting a job. Strengthening friendships and rebuilding my self esteem. Finding peace with how things ended.

I predict that 2016 will be my best year ever! I'm going to get organized and kick ass at my job. My besties are also moving back so that will ever amazing!

achase123 kills it at her career and buys her own place
jojoandleo will continue to kill it at her new job and find a good balance in her marriage
abcdefu will have a healthy year and go on a wonderful vacation to celebrate
glitzyglow will get an offer for her dream job but it will take her across the country

jigsy I think you will find a new job that will challenge you and not cause all the stress this one has
jojoandleo I think you are going to rock so much in your new job, your H will see how happy you are and will move without any issues and you guys will end the year in a really good place
mp I think you are going to find someone new through your travels for work and rock your nonprofit
pantsoffdanceoff is going to fall in love with her house after all her renovations are done and will start posting more again
@pdx18 is going to have an amazing year with the new job, get on track with her eating and organizing and her self confidence will skyrocket
abcdefu used up all her bad luck in 2015 and next year is going to be full of wonderful new things and maybe even a new city
glitzyglow is going to continue to be great at this new job and meet a new guy through some kind of work connection or event
sweetchix is going to focus on herself a lot this year and have amazing confidence so when the right guy comes along who deserves her she will be ready
RamblingRose her and TL will move in together and things will be peaceful and easy
Eureka1984 is going to meet up with me for a drink sometime I am in her neck of the woods

Predictions for myself: hmm I am really going to focus on budgeting this year, so there may be a little less makeup in my 2016, but hopefully my stress and anxiety will benefit from a larger savings account. I am going to focus on my physical health and being more consistent this year. Me and Dallas are going to either grow stronger and he will move to FL before the year is out or we will realize we just can't make it work. The second option would be heartbreaking, but I am in a place in life where I know that I will be okay with either outcome.

jigsy will find her dream career and continue growing and learning with Vegas
abcdefu will have a much healthier and awesome year. And also come down to Tampa to visit.
@ PDX will grow more with her new job and also offer great advice!
bl will totally meet up with me and continue offering awesome advice
glitzyglow will totally meet a new guy and continue to work hard on growing and learning more about berself

Predictions in general/self: I read on Oprah's magazine about creating a vision board and putting it exactly in a place you would see. It's not goals just reminders of things you want in your life. I started making one!

I'm titling this year as a "Year of Yes!" No matter what, I'm saying yes to new experiences. No expectations, no over thinking. I've got to get out and do and learn a lesson or experience after. Im sure be sharing on the boards

jigsy - will find a kickass job that utilizes all her skills and things will continue to be good with Vegas. And be at the WWoHP when it opens.
jojoandleo - will continue to love her job, her h will move to her new city, and 2016 will be off-the-charts amazing.
RamblingRose - will do great in school and thrive personally in all aspects of life.
@pdx18 - will find her personal sweet spot and her life will be a whirlwind of awesome.
@blueyes623 - will love her new city and live in her dream house and love her new job.
Eureka1984 - will have a slew of good fortune in the new year.
sweetchix - will take no nonsense from any guys and will be stronger and better than ever.
abcdefu - will heal beautiful and have great health in the upcoming year. She will prepare throughout the year for her dream move!
achase123 - will ace her test and professionally reach new heights.
mp -  will gain lots of recognition for her great non-profit, she will settle into her new work role, and continue to rock at life. And buy more pink lipstick!
bl - will be at the opening of WWoHP, keep on kicking ass at work, and be awesome in both FL and TX. And enjoy lots of new makeup.
pantsoffdanceoff - will continue to try new experiences and keep growing personally. And rock lots of new lipsticks.
cuddlyevil - will keep meeting new, awesome people thanks to her fearless social skills, which will bring awesome new experiences.
bg - will start over fresh and find a new happiness and relief, and she will thrive in her new circumstances.
GilliC - will have some frustrations when her Brazilian moves in, but they will quickly be smoothed over and they will find a great stride and keep traveling all over!
