Ash Grey Hair

Hey Ladies -- to stick with my inconsistent posting, I would like your opinions about the ash grey colored hair trend.

I have an alternative style, as you might see from my profile picture. My left arm is full of tattoos, I love to experiment with make up, clothes, etc. etc.

I want to try something new with my short, asymmetrical hair, and I was thinking of trying out black and ash grey. I have a pretty young face, so I'm not concerned with looking older, but I am concerned with looking crazy.

Thoughts? Is this a do or a don't?

Lavender in the grey part? Or lavender where it's black?

I'm with freedom that lavender and grey would be pretty. I just see this when I think of your original pic.

I think what the others are referring to is something like what Kelly Osborne had.

Hah hah! I'm not going to lie, images of Glenn Close did come to mind. I think I'm going to go for it and see how I like it. Worst case...I color over it.

Also, the pic in the OP has a very subtle bit of blue in it if you look closely, so you could still go for a very light wash of color to avoid Cruella status.
