make ahead appetzers

So the amount of craziness at our Christmas eve open house taught me that I need more make-ahead appetizers.  My daughter is 18 mos and wants to help so I need things that I can make in advance.   What are your best make ahead appetizers for a crowd that is a mix of adults and kids?

Endive leaves topped with a spoonful of goat cheese and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds (she can sprinkle the seeds)

Guacamole (she can smash the avocado)

Spiced nuts

Marinated olives

Caprese skewers with cherry tomatoes and bocconcini

Meatballs in the crockpot (she can help roll the balls)

Hummus with pita triangles

I was going to start linking but I have so many. I would say 75% of my apps are make ahead because that's how I like to get down. Most involve my kids in the kitchen since I can't get them out so I have them help. Even if it's just stirring, it makes them happy
