Need recommendation for winter SPF moisturizer

DH currently uses Olay Complete SPF30, which works well for him in the spring/summer but it isn't moisturizing enough for him in the winter.

Could you recommend some heavier spf moisturizers that will be good for the harsher winter months? (Drugstore brands preferred)

I just started using regular sunblock. Like beach lotion. On my face, as moisturizer. Started because I reached for moisturizer after washing my face one time, and grabbed sunscreen. It is awesome. And cheeeeeep.
