cat sneezing all day after smelling egg

Lurker here but I am worried about my 3 year old kitty. Today I bought some organic eggs from the store and one had some dirt (chicken poop?) on it. I let my cat smell it and she started sneezing after and still sneezes from time to time. The occasional sneezing has been going on for several hours. Is she sick from the dirt on the egg? Does anyone what is going on and is it serious?
