What color tights with this dress, and where to buy?

I'm looking for tights to wear with these dresses and booties. For the blue dress, I have a scarf/necklace/bracelet/purse set that is blue and bright yellow, so looking for neutral tights, but I'm thrown by the tan color of the booties. I'd typically wear grey tights with that outfit but the grey feels off with the tan booties. I'm not wearing these to work, just as fun happy hour outfits or hanging out with girlfriends.

I bought two of this dress from Express, in bright blue and an olive green:

I think burgundy tights could work well with the blue dress and tan boots.
ETA or wear with gray or black tights and black booties.

So I have tons of tights that are working with the black booties, but nothing is really working with the tan

I have burgundy tights from loft and gap that i like.

I have burgundy tights from Target I like. I have regular opaque and fleece lined ones.

Merona (Target) has a nice opaque tight in burgundy.

I think burgandy and gray tights would go well with the olive dress and the tan booties. Although I can't tell because the linkto the booties isn't opening for me.
