I would go to TJ Mazz or Ross and either 1) buy a wrap dress in a neutral color like gray or black or 2) Buy a sleeveless shell to go under the blazer in a normal solid color.

Gray pants might go with that blazer better.

I'm a 32F so I feel your pain. And why you gotta live so far and/or not tell me this until now. I have so many clothes that need to go.

I have a hard time with shells and button downs. I usually wear the latter with a cami and don't button it all the way. Shells make me look like Busty the 8th dwarf.

If you can pick something up, I'd go with a tank in a nicer fabric and a more fitted cardi. Not tight but something that gives you a waist and doesn't hang about. Then wear it buttoned just a bit higher than half way.

Try the charcoal gray with the black blazer. Buy a $12 shell at Ross. Black heels. Awesome jewelry. The end!
