What kind of position are you interviewing for? I wore a suit to an interview a couple of months ago and the employer felt I was too dressed up for the environment of the office. She kept making comments about it. It was very uncomfortable. It all depends on the culture of the office.
You need better pants, those are too skinny in the leg. Definitely a different shirt. At the very least maybe if you tucked it in it could look a little more polished. A blazer would be better than a sweater.
here it is tucked into some random pair of business pants i have.
you guys have to remember, i wear scrubs to work 100% of the time. so i only have three pairs of pants and one blazer (which is SO CONVENIENTLY 3/4 sleeved so i need to find a big watch/bracelet now) and absolutely zero button-down shirts.

You are a great dresser, but I would not wear that for an interview. I try to dress fairly boring with maybe an accent piece. Plain pants, plain shirt, blazer unbuttoned, pumps and your fabulous earrings.
Someone told me that you want your outfit to be so boring they only remember your personality; you don't want your outfit to be so memorable that when they think of you your clothes come to mind.
I like the original outfit (w/o the sweater) better than your updated picture. The black of the blazer doesn't look the same as the pants. I don't like it. Sorry.

Definitely better tucked in! I think your outfit would be fine with the shirt tucked in. Are tattoos a no-no in the nursing field in your area? Just asking. Many employers don't seem to mind them anymore.
