What shoes would you wear?

I am looking for shoes that are dressier but comfortable. I'm an elementary school administrator and I'm finding myself wearing more and more suits, but I can't wear heels all of the time because I'm also running through the building a lot! I have some wedge pumps, but I'm finding that even those are not working as well. What can I wear that would be dressier but comfortable? I was thinking booties, but I'm not sure which ones. I already have flats that are in rotation.

I am an accountant and due to a back injury, I can no longer wear heels. I wear dressier flats with all my suits. With the pant suits, I wear oxfords. I have these that a mixture of leather and suede www.shoesofprey.com/shoe/3Ypgee?edited=true

With the skirt suits, I have these dr scholls (no, really), that are comfortable and look good.

I am also a fan of colored shoes and will wear a grey suit with a royal blue top and royal blue shoes.

i am still wearing, years later two different pairs of clarks. They are comfortable enough to walk around the block in and dressy enough for suits

It's not worth sacrificing your feet if you're running around a lot. I would go with a dressy or something with a very slight wedge.

I'm a middle school theater teacher and I find that most of my days consist of standing while playing theater games with students. My planning periods are both in the morning, so I have to stand for six hours straight. Lifestride brand shoes have worked really well for me. Anything with a 2 in or lower heel, wider heels, and anything with a strap to hold the shoe on my foot.
