I knew H had to leave for a business trip today but I thought he was leaving at 7pm, not am. I had a whole day planned for us.

Our new division president sent out an email at 8am requesting changes to a presentation (which was already done) that will be given at 7am tomorrow. My boss is dealing with it, but it is still really annoying to get emails like that. I need to a new career.

I have to wait for my period to start my loooooong awaited IVF cycle, but because the universe hates me I'm on cycle day 38 with no period in sight. THIRTY EIGHT. So I will continue to stare at the IVF drugs in my fridge until AF decides to stop being a twat and show up.

For the last 10 minutes, FI has had something caught in his throat. This has resulted in him making dramatic throat-clearing noises, and every now and then, he'll purposefully cough really loudly. I asked him if he wanted some water and he said no. I am going to end his life.

Maybe you should do a reverse psychology thing on your period. Wish it away and then it will come.   I know that is a stretch and I really hope it comes soon!

There's a $5 yoga class on Sundays that I like to go to. I didn't go last week because my back was hurting too much (that pain came out of nowhere), and today we got a few inches of snow so I don't feel like going out in it.

I'm also learning to drive our stick-shift car, and even though it was all wheel drive I am worried about driving it on slippery roads.

I leave tonight for a week long work trip, and I came down with a cold yesterday. This doubly sucks because DH and I had a cool weekend planned and I've been holed up in bed.

It has dropped 20 degrees in 8 hours - it is cold, icy, with lake effect snow.  That is the forcast for the week, I just want to hibernate!

This has been MH lately. In fact I can hear him clearing his throat in the basement as he works out. It's from post nasal drip or some nonsense. It's been days. Possibly weeks. I've gotten used to it.

Can I add an PG related frustration? I've been lucky but now I'm starting to slow down and I can't deal with it. I'm not used to taking things easy or slow. I'll get over it but it's an adjustment.

They both take a lot of mental energy on my part. Do I go to the bar and watch the game with my Packer peeps (where it could be the last time we gtg until Aug) or do I stay home, hold the remote hostage and flip back and forth while furiously chiming in on all the GBCN threads?!

Update! (Because I can imagine you are all deeply invested in my frustrations.)

After showering and getting ready to go out to meet my packer peeps, I got sucked in by the ease of drinking beer and eating taquitos in the comfort of my home. I am now following GG fashion on Twitter while watching the game. Fingers crossed we don't go the way of the Vikings.

Also, I lied to my sister about going to actually try on dress options and just picked a style that will probably look good. It also fit her long list of requirements (her original idea--pick the style you like! But no belts. Or empire waists. Or fabric other than chiffon. And it must be long. No sparkles. Make sure the skirt is flowy. )

Better to go in on a pool and split the winning evenly than to win by yourself and have your H guilt you to give her an equal share anyway that she didn't win.
