I think that's plenty of things to do with her! Do you have things at your house to entertain her? I know we run into that problem a lot when I watch my friend's daughter. She is terrible about sending her with things to play with and I don't have kids so my toy selection is limited to legos that where E's and some of the toys his mom saved from when he was a kid.
I always have crayons, coloring books and stickers on hand for her to play with.
Those are great ideas. She loves Nemo and will watch that the whole way through or until she asses out. The guy next door has toys for his GFs friends kids so we can get some from him. Stickers and crayons she can't play with right now(drawing on walls and stickers all over the walls). She doesn't like pancakes(strange kid). She would love to play in the tub.
No I mean 3 and 1/2. She only plays with the lip gloss at home. The heels are for when she goes to church and out to special dinners. She wants to get dressed up like her mom and aunts do. Her parents are fine with it as long as she has clear gloss and very very low heels.
I understand your point about her only being three, but trust me if they hurt her she would start crying and screaming. She loves her highs as she calls them. I would let my girls wear them if they wanted and asked to but wouldn't make them. It is all up to the parents anyway and their views.
Dude. I had heels when I was three. I think they had cinderella on them. Unclench.
I had plastic dress up heels. For, you know, playing dress up. No 3 year old needs heels for church. I wasn't even allowed to wear a slight wedge heel (of about a half inch) until I was 13. Suri should not be a role model.
Her parents see fit. I don't see the big deal. At church she takes her shoes off or just sits in her chair with her parents. Her wearing them out to dinner is just a couple hours and she isn't on her feet all day long. A couple of hours at a time and not an every day thing. Each parent will do what they like with their kid. The Suri jest was not needed. She wouldn't be wearing them anyway if her parents didn't see it as ok.
Add me to the weirded out by a 3 year old in heels and lipgloss train.
This. And 3 1/2 is not too young for crayons and stickers. You just only let her play with them while you are right there. C is only 4( just turned 4 in March), if I don't watch her she wants to color the dogs but other than that she is fine.

I also think it's kind of odd that her parents would allow her to wear heels. When I was a kid I had play dress up heels and sometimes I'd play in my mom's 10 sizes to big heels. I also would get into her makeup and make a mess of it and myself (sorry mom lol). I think the closest I came to "heels" were those white dress shoes with the strap across them with the less than 1/4 inch "heel" on the back lol. Also the closest I came to makeup (other than stealing moms to play with) was chap-stick. Heck half the time my parents couldn't even get me to put on shoes when I was 3.. Then of course there was the plastic makeup kit with the plastic lipstick and all that fun stuff. I wouldn't let my theoretical child have her own real heels to go out in. Nor would I buy her makeup of any variety. To me, that is teaching the child at such a tender age that looks are what matter. BUT. Everything else you have have planned sounds great! Maybe a trip to a zoo if you have one near you. Kids always like zoos.

Ladies, she's not talking about stilletoes for the kid. My daughter has a pair of shoes with a 1/4 to 1/2 inch "heel" on the back of it and she calls them her high heels. She also has a little purse full of princess lip gloss and chapstick. She loves them. There is a huge difference between having Honey Boo Boo Child walking with you and having a little girl who likes girl stuff. I think y'all are going a little nuts on this.
Smurfette, maybe a movie night with some popcorn and painting toes would be fun. Grab a couple color books and crayons from the dollar store, lay on the floor and color. Listen to silly kid songs and dance like crazy kids in the living room.

I am glad someone sees that she isn't going to turn into Miley over night.
She loves to dance like a crazy person She had her crayons taken away a day or two ago for writing and drawing on the walls I will ask her mom if she can use them again. She loves her mini spa day as well
-Do you have an outdoor area where you could maybe color a patio/sidewalk with sidewalk chalk? My niece loves that. -Share your favorite children's movies/cartoons with her. -Find some craft projects on Pinterest you can do with her if you are stuck inside because its raining, etc. -Spend an afternoon at a playground.
I know just the place to take her to play. The neighbors GF has a bunch of side walk chalk. She is a outdoors kind of kid. I have all of our favorite kids movies(lol we are on the same level movie wise).
I think you have a lot of fun plans so far. I also think the other girls had some great suggestions! Kids love to feel important, so I think as long as you're showing interest in spending time with her, she wont care what you do!
Also, I gotta agree with Tx here. Obviously, no "heels" for kids should ever be crazy. And they have children's lip glosses and fun chapsticks. It isn't like you are decking out her entire face out with make-up like Toddlers and Tiaras.... Or are you? Haha
