My H bought me a necklace from Stella & Dot for Christmas. I had pinned it a long time ago and he saw it and ordered it. Well I don't like it in person and we want to get a refund. We don't have a stylist so we have to call. He keeps trying but every ten minutes the automated thing says the wait time is 30 minutes. Over and over. So is this a case where we could dispute the charge on our card? He had sent messages through the website too with no response. At this pint of course it's past the 30 day window for a full refund but that's not our fault. BBB has several complaints about their shady returns. Help?

according to their website, you can send it back with the packing slip from the box.
"Refunds: We are happy to provide you a cash refund within 30 days and Store Credit refund within 90 days. When you refund to Store Credit, we’ll reward you with an additional $5.95 store credit incentive towards your next order. Initial outbound shipping will not be refunded.
To return your items to Stella & Dot, simply
1. Place your items to be returned with your packing slip in a box.
2. Affix your pre-paid return shipping label to the outside of your box.
3. Place the box in your mailbox, take it to the local Post Office or schedule a time with them to have it picked up from your doorstep."
I agree with social media. Facebook now shows how responsive companies are to their messages and it looks like they typically respond in a few hours so I'd probably start there.
