Any mobil users being redirected to a "free app"?

I mostly GBCN from my phone; however, today I keep being redirected to mob.free.cl.ick (added some extra "." so it's not searchable) app that says I've been selected for a free app. My only choices are "Cancel" or "Open". There is no "Hell NO!". I hit cancel and then it goes to my app store anyway. WTF??? Anyone else having this issue?

This has been giving me fits all day !

It seemed to have resolved itself once I logged into my wifi home network
