I just realized my first pick preschool only offers 3 days /week in the morning and only does 2 day/week in the afternoon. Morning is what I want. Dd has speech 2 mornings a week so I wanted to combine that so the schedule is about the same most days and she's got something 4 days a week and we have one day to do family stuff. Afternoon classes really screw with nap time by leaving only about an hour and a half for rest by the time I drive each way. I don't want to do that to myself particularly and I both my littlest need the nap. However I'm sad to not have a single day when we can go do a bigger activity. The other option is to see if dd can do speech in the afternoon on the pre school days because they pick her up at home so I wouldn't need to drop off. That just sounds like a lot of shuffling around and refocusing in one day for her. Thoughts? I won't know the speech schedule until July so I have to pick the prek schedule first.

Are you forced to a certain speech schedule or you can't do speech? I always just said what the preschool schedule was and we worked therapy around that. I would do am if you want am and worry about speech later.
How long is preschool? A goes 9-12 M-F and I use that time to do activities with B. If you still have enough time to take the other 2 out while she's gone I would do it. I do large/further activities on one of her 1 million days off from school.
I've only seen schedules that are 9-11:30 or 9:30-11:55 for morning classes. There are a few slots for speech: 8:15-9:40; 9:45-11:10; 11:15-12:40 or 1-2:25 plus 20 minutes in both ends for her bus ride. They group them based in need and have asked what I prefer in the past. I just don't know what combo I prefer!
