Bear with me because I know this is a trite and first worldy problem.
Recently, I got a new coat. I really, really like the coat, but I looked at the label and the coat is made in china. That, alone, doesn't brother me, but this brand is known for being made in the uk and it irks me that I paid that much for a coat made in china.
I realize that just bc the tag says made in the uk that it probably wasn't made there and that the pieces were made elsewhere and probably asseembled in the uk.
The quality and fit of the coat is almost as good as the ones that I have that are made in the uk. It's going to bug me that this coat is made in china, but I really like the sytling of it.
Should I keep it and ignore the made in china or return it? Wwsnd?

Hmm. Will the coat being made in China prevent you from wearing it? I understand where you're coming from - you expect to get what you pay for. Is there a way you can return it and go to the brand store and get it there to make sure it's made where it should be made?
i vote you contact the brand and ask what the made in china means.. then go from there. lol. i bet you have enough coats anyway. plus, that is a bit more for that forever home!
I think since you've posted on both boards about it, it bothers you enough that while you think the styling is really cute, every time you go to pull it out of the closet, you'll end up brushing past it to something else because of that niggling annoyance. Return it
