Thanks for asking! We were totally fine. They were really preparing for the worst, but all we got was some strong wind and a little rain. I don't think anyone on post lost power, but there were a few downed trees that they were able to clean up rather quickly.
We did, however, have to postpone our trip to Jeju since they got hit pretty bad and there is another one coming Friday. Fortunately we didn't book anything yet, since prices were staying steady and we were waiting on the weather.

I heard there were a handful of deaths (prob Jeju if they took the brunt) and some extensive flooding. I'm guessing that was likely in more rural areas.
BTW, whenever I read your posts, I always picture looking down the street toward Itaewon. Like you're writing will leaving the gates and going for a walk. My brain is weird.
We never made it to Jeju, but I hear it's beautiful.
