This has come up more than once. We were at a bully seminar at his karate studio and they were separating people and asking how they felt about it. The question was are you asian. And then you cross the room if you are. I go across and then I'm hissing at him "what are you doing?" and he tells me he's not asian. I asked what he is and he says half jewish half vietnamese. I swear to god he's 8 and we've been over this. He agrees Korean and Japanese count as asian. Just not vietnamese. Sigh.
