I've always wanted to own a pair of Frye's but my calves are too big for any of the tall boots...and frankly the price tag is always too much for me. A local FB yard sale group in my neighborhood posted these yesterday and they are actually in my size! Plus, I've been looking for grey boots for ages. $100 seems like a good price to pay for boots that don't look very worn...especially Frye's. I like the style too. What do you think?

I like them BUT is it just me are they missing the toes on the undersides? Are they supposed to look like that?
I noticed that too. But I look at some other pairs new online and it looks like they all have that. They look barely worn to me and they retail for $328 so $100 seems reasonable to me for a good quality boot. It's just weird buying used shoes. Lol.

I think so! Especially if you like them. I have 4 pairs of Frye boots and honestly wear them all the time. I think $100 is a good price for a pair that looks that new.
Also I agree with PP that the bottom is fine. My soles look like that literally as soon as they are worn once.

Oh okay. I've never looked at the bottom of Fryes so I have no idea. I do think it's weird wearing used shoes but if they're a good deal, I would lysol the hell out of the inside of them and wear with socks.
Okay thanks for the feedback. I'm going to take a look at them after work today. In the rainy climate I live in , I wear ankle boots almost every day so these will get a lot of use.
