I have the ON one and the fit is terrible. I've contemplated splurging on a J Crew or something nicer to get a better fit. There's so many outfits I want to create with it, but the fit stops me from trying.
I just got the polka dotted one from ON, and I'm really impressed by the quality of it! It is not as fitted as I would like it to be on the sides, so I may get it tailored in a bit.
I have the chambray "perfect shirt" by J. Crew that I absolutely love.
I also recently got a chambray shirt from Ann Taylor that is a bit dressier that I like a lot.

I have two - one's from Target that I love. The other is Old Navy, which I do like (bought one size up for pregnancy). I can't tell if I'd like it normally since the point of it was to be bigger, but I think I would.

I bought one from ON several months ago and hated it. It fit me horribly. I tried on the camp shirt from ON a few weeks ago and it fits so much better.
I think this is the exact one my co worker has. She looks awesome in it, but she is super skinny with no boobs. I like it but don't want to copy her exactly, lol.
Hmmm... maybe you just are just lucky! I feel like my boobs and bigger upper arms are what makes it uncomfortable for me. Maybe I'm crazy. Most likely the case.
I have 2. A lighter one from Forever21 that I bought last year. Love it and wear it all the time. The darker one is from the J. Crew outlet store that I bought a few months ago. I think it's still available online. I love it too, it's a bit thicker than the F21 and more substantial.
I have the one from J.Crew factory too and I love it!

I have 2 from Gap (one light with no collar and a dark with collar and ruffles), an ON one, and another that is so old I don't remember where it's from, but it's tunic length. Most of mine are from last year, but the dark Gap one did have some stretch. I love them all.
The j crew factory chambray shirts are on sale online. Act fast!
Damnit; I'm trying to be on a self-imposed shopping hold.
Beah- I don't have very big boobs; but I sized up based on Ditzy's review. I got a medium and it's still slightly tight in the chest but the rest of the fit is too lose. Definitely try on in store!
Mine is from Banana. I got it on sale for $30 or $35 (I forget which). It's super light weight and fits perfectly. I usually have trouble with button downs too.
Beah, that's super cute. The only thing I'd worry about is the weight of it, which is hard to tell from the pic. You might want to make sure it's light enough to tuck without feeling bulky (even if you won't usually tuck it).
