Can anyone help with the FVAP/FPCA registration?

I forget every year how to properly fill in this form...

I'm on the fvap website trying to complete the fpca online and it is asking me for my Voting Residence: Street Address, City/Town/Village, County, State (I picked the last state I lived in years ago), and Zip code. So what am I supposed to put there because I don't have any actual residence in the US and I don't plan on returning in the near future. This is what it says when I click on the "?" next to Voting Residence:
Enter the complete street address of your voting residence. You cannot use a post office box mailing address. If your address is a rural route, use Block 9 to describe the location of your voting residence.

This is my fpca eligibility group:
Civilian Overseas and my return is not certain (eligible to receive Federal Ballots only)

Oh I did find something from a few years ago I guess I just keep putting in my last address that I lived at... also I found this document which seems to confirm that this is what we are meant to do:

I maintain a residential address in the states for filing taxes and voting - it's the address on my driver's licence (my dad's address).

I put in my last US address. It'll ask you for your overseas mailing address later, I think.
